Description:

ADTSOL™UA2000 is low-cost, high solids water borne urethane/acrylic copolymer for air dry coating, specifically designed for high performance uses, where hardness, flexibility, chemical and abrasion resistance are required. The aliphatic backbone of ADTSOL™UA2000 provides excellent UV resistance, which makes it particularly useful in exterior applications. ADTSOL™UA2000 can be formulated to meet performance specification for difference coating application. ADTSOL™UA2000 can formed an excellent film with addition of 25-30% solvent base on the resin solids.

Application recommendations:

ADTSOL™UA2000 provides excellent durability resistance, which makes it good choice in exterior applications especially for industrial metal. ADTSOL™UA2000 also offer balance of good toughness and flexibility with excellent chemical resistance which can be outstanding in industrial wood, kitchen cabinet, and plastic coating.

Blending ADTSOL™UA2000 with difference latex is highly recommend to improve performance such as adhesion, chemical, and water/humidity resistance at the mean time lower cost of difference coating system. ADTSOL™UA2000 exhibit excellent compatibility with difference acrylic system.

ADTSOL™UA1500 is an aliphatic polyether based water-borne polyurethane acrylic hybrid dispersion specifically designed for low cost and high performance areas where fast hardness, early water resistance, early block and dirt pick up resistance.ADTSOL™UA1500 also offer good chemical and stain resistance. The polyether based polyol provides excellent water and humidity resistance.ADTSOL™UA1500 can be formulated to meet performance specification for difference coating application.ADTSOL™UA1500 excellent outside durability due to its aliphatic backbone.ADTSOL™UA1500 can form a good film with only 5-10% additional of solvent base on the resin solid.

ADTSOL™PU-300 can be formulated to meet performance specification for difference coating application.

Application recommendations:

ADTSOL™PU-300 exhibit very high flexibility, abrasion, water and humidity resistance can be outstanding in industrial concrete and wood flooring. It can also be used in metal and plastic coatings. The aliphatic backbone of ADTSOL™PU-300 provides excellent UV resistance, which makes it good choice in exterior applications. Description:

ADTSOL™D-600ECO is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant designed for use in solvent based paints. The balance of concentration of hydrophobic and hydrophilic pigment affinic groups with addition of low surface tension backbone combine to wet and disperse the pigment, improving dispersing efficiencies, even at low concentration, delivering excellent color hue and strength development.

ADTSOL™D-600ECO prevents re-flocculation of the pigment through steric hindrance, providing improved stability in paints and pigment concentrates.

ADTSOL™D-600ECO is designed to disperse difficult organic pigments such as carbon black, red, blue, green, and yellow.

ADTSOL™D-600ECO is also recommended for use with inorganic pigments such as titanium dioxide and iron oxide pigment.

Description:

ADTSOL™D-170ECO is a solvent free dispersant designed for use in water based coatings, inks, and adhesives application. The high concentration hydrophilic pigment affinic groups with low surface tension polymer backbone combine to wet and disperse the pigment, improving dispersing efficiency, even at low concentration, delivering excellent color hue and strength development. It can be used in both resin grind and binder free systems.

Description:
ADTSOL™R-AC2 a liquid corrosion preventive additive designed for use in both solvent and water base system. It is most effective in waterborne latex formulation. ADTSOL™R-AC2 provides excellent corrosion protection for steel, galvanized steel and aluminum with superior water resistance. It is especially designed to replace anti-corrosion pigment in primer formulation.

ADTSOL™R-AC2 can be used in primer, clear coat, and high gloss formulations. ADTSOL™R-AC2 will not affect gloss and haze in clear coat and high gloss formulations.

Application: ADTSOL™R-AC2 is a very effective metal corrosion inhibitor with outstanding water resistance properties. It is particularly effective on difference type of steel. It has excellent solubility in a wide variety of diluent solvent. These include oils, acetates, esters, hydrocarbon, alcohol, and glycol. It is also designed for use with waterborne system. Rust preventive performance is enhanced by the addition of 1% or 5% base on resins solid. Solubility in specific oils and solvents should always be verified. ADTSOL™R-AC2 can be combined solvent or resins for specialty applications such as steel treatment.
